the sick list for one day sinos he left hospital some four

months ago.

As to the reasons for Mr. James' failure to

soquit himself to the satisfaction of his superior officers and others concerned sinɔs the time of the last examination

and report, there is no information before the Board. consider that this officer should be seen by a Medical officer whenever he may appear to be incapable of performing

his duties, At the moment of our investigation he appeared

to us to be alert and capable of doing his work.
